Weekday rates for a single bedroom are $110 per night and for both rooms, $200 a night, plus 5% tax. Weekend rates for a single bedroom are $120 per night and for both rooms, $220 a night, plus 5% tax.

Because, in the Covid era, we are making the B&B available to only one party at a time, we are asking guests who need just one room to consider a sliding scale contribution of $0-$50 a night for sole use of the whole B&B.

We ask for a 50% deposit in advance by check made out to Elan Shapiro and mailed to 211 Rachel Carson Way, Ithaca, NY 14850 or by PayPal.
Check in times 3:00 PM or later; check out before 12:00 Noon unless prior arrangement is made.

Children of all ages are welcome; playgrounds are right on hand. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. Indoor smoking is not permitted. Please check with us about our flexible pet policy.

Because of the pedestrian, family-centered orientation of the neighborhood, we ask that you do not drive in the common area. There are carts available by the entrance that leads to the bed and breakfast as you enter the neighborhood for getting your things back and forth to your car.

Please observe the 15 and 10-MPH speed limits on the road, a chance to change gears and savor this place while reducing road noise and dust for residents. We also appreciate your reducing sound levels after 10 PM.
