Dear travelers
We know you have every reason to be cautious in your travel plans in this pandemic era. So, as businesses begin to reopen with care, we’d like to let you know what we are doing to make your stay extremely safe
- We will rent out one room only or both rooms to the same party so that there is no social distancing issue with using the shared bathroom and kitchen/living room
- We will leave 2 days between guest visits to thoroughly clean and disinfect, and to let any possible COV presence die off. Note: Our B&B has a separate entrance, so you will not be going through anyone else’s living quarters.
- We will provide masks, gloves, and disinfectant liquid and wipes for your safety and convenience
- Guests can use both swimming ponds, but must enter away from their main beaches, for social distancing reasons (host can indicate in more detail)
- We will follow any other relevant guidelines from the CDC, our local health department, New York State, and our village-wide COV task force. Note that we are part of a cooperative community, Ecovillage at Ithaca, that is following health guidelines very strictly.
- We give a full refund or full credit for later reservation if public-health circumstances or your health condition require changing your reservation
