Supporting Food Justice

In spite of a  windy, wet , cold spring  we’re helping build a Hoophouse –a large unheated plastic-wrapped greenhouse–from a kit for the “Incubator Farm” on this land.  The hoop house can make spring and fall times of abundant fresh veggies as well as farm income rather than periods of mostly preparation and planting or harvest and decline.

The incubator farm is on land we set aside for supporting new farmers with little capital or farm equipment to get a start in the world of farming.
